A 15-year-old girl who claimed to be choked with a piece of plastic in a McDonald's packaging "thought she was going to die".
Courtney Bielby was bought by her mother Jackie at the McDonald's restaurant at the Markeaton roundabout, in Derbyshire, before things get worse.
The teenager fell into the packing shortly after her home, rue Gerard.

Courtney said, "Mom brought a McDonald's home … I was hungry – they had all eaten theirs on their way home.
"I bit myself in. I was barely chewing, then I swallowed what I thought was a lettuce piece. I had been choking for ages, it had to be about a minute."
"I went into the other room and my mother told me to breathe through her nose and she lodged in my throat.

The 15-year-old girl ends up coughing in her mother's hand.
Jackie was intrigued by the way the plastic ended up in the food. She said, "I do not understand why a big cape was missed." A good friend of mine works at McDonald's and she said it came from lettuce packaging.
"It could have been a lot worse, I'm grateful that it's not my 10-year-old son."
Jackie stated that she would never come back to this restaurant and brought food back to the chain with the receipt. She claimed that she was offered a full refund or the same meal.
She said: "I said absolutely not, you can stick your refund."
The mother, who is unemployed due to a disability, received two valuable meals and a letter of apology from the Derby restaurant.
She was less than satisfied with the compensation. She said: "Two quality meals is an absolute joke."
Courtney, who "lives for McDonalds" according to her mother, said, "I find it shocking, I thought I was going to die – is that what my life is worth?" Two meal vouchers?
"I have not had a problem since, it made me very discouraged."
The mother claimed that the restaurant manager had told her, on April 18, during the return of food, that she should file her complaint through a site called Complaint Resolver.
She sent about eight emails and said she did not receive a response.
However, a spokesman for the fast food restaurant said that Complaint Resolver was a completely independent third party and that the chain did not receive complaints filed via the site.
That's why his customer service team was not informed of the complaint filed by Jackie.
She added: "It's been a few months and I was expecting about £ 100 worth of vouchers, but two meal coupons are just a joke."
The mom added that she had phoned the restaurant about a month ago and that she had talked to a manager, where nothing had been done.
