One in, one out – Should Chelsea sign PSG player, then French club will go for Blues option

FIFA have handed Chelsea a ban from registering new players for the next two transfer windows.

If the ban is lifted, at least they can bring more players to the club.

One of them, as per The Sport in France, is Julian Draxler of Paris Saint-Germain as the Schalke man 'interests' the Blues.

It is claimed the international airport should be available for a fee in the region of € 30m to € 40m.

Should the Stamford Bridge outfit make an approach for the 25-year-old attacker, then the Ligue 1 winners will 'evoke the situation' of Willian, who has been on their radar for several seasons.

The report explains PSG are still considering the possibility of signing the Brazilian.

Willian can play in any of the attacking positions and would receive the support of the Princes' Park, if he joins Thomas Tuchel's side.

However, PSG will only make an approach for the South American if Chelsea try to sign Draxler and that is possible if their transfer is lifted.

Several conditions need to be fulfilled for PSG to consider signing Willian this summer.
