OA million pbadengers could be affected by strikes planned this summer at Heathrow Airport, which could potentially "shut down the airport".
Unite the Union has announced plans for a six-day strike at the busiest airport in the United Kingdom, following a wage dispute with the airport's bosses.
The strikes will take place on Friday 26 and Saturday 27 July, Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 August and Friday 23 and Saturday 24 August.
The first two days will ring when schools break up for the summer holidays and could wreak havoc in travel for those who go on family vacations.
Last year, during the same weekend, the airport recorded the busiest day in its history with 261,909 pbadengers pbading through the transport hub on July 29th.
