The Accra Court of Appeal sentenced a policeman and three others to a 70-year prison term for stealing a supermarket in Nungua in Accra on December 12, 2017.
The defendants were convicted of robbery and theft by the court chaired by Mr. Aboagye Tandoh.
In his judgment, the president of the court found that the prosecution had proved beyond a reasonable doubt that the four accused had actually stolen the supermarket.
