Recently, while covering what is probably the most discussed transfer of the summer, we have expressed the wish to see Chelsea get a realistic price, from Real Madrid, to Eden Hazard.
Our article, Click Here, urged Chelsea not to let the Belgian international, aged 28, pay for less than £ 100 million.
Unfortunately, it seems that may not be the case.
This morning, looking through the different media sources available, something caught my eye in
Guardian.
It follows that Chelsea has, after negotiations with Real Madrid, agreed to pay a royalty for the sale of our jewel-of-the-crown.
Apparently, the costs of his transfer have been agreed to 88.5 million pounds sterling!
If that is the case, then I am disappointed, that does not correspond to my estimation of the player and I can not help but think that Real Madrid knows it.
Also, with Chelsea, unless any pending calls are successful, it's not like we can invest that money to directly replace Hazard.
Unless someone in the team improves his game next season, our ability to create opportunities has dropped dramatically.
