To be totally honestI think Ariana Grande is amazing. The girl can sing, she clearly has a team of stars both in the studio and on stage and she often feels like a very genuine woman, about twenty years old.
But with that said, part of the drama in which she was involved during the past year has brought to light a behavior that I can not help to call hypocritical.

TL; DR There is no doubt that our daughter Grande has had a whirlwind of a year. But as a fan, some of his positions disappoint me a little bit recently. Call me a softie for Pete Davidson, but I think everyone deserves the same level of empathy and understanding … romantic choices, professional choices … even tattoo choices …
The first number it just happened after he broke up with Pete Davidson. I must say I was looking for the couple and even hoped they would draw a Yum (it's Miley Cyrus + Liam Hemsworth, if you did not know it) to finally get back together.
It's clear to me now: It will not happen. But it is unfortunate that things have not ended as friendly as possible.
The fall has begun when Davidson went ahead and made a joke about their commitment canceled Saturday night.

Ariana Grande Quickly caught the wind of the joke and was quick to clapback on Twitter.
In the now deleted tweet, she says, "for someone who claims to hate relevance, you definitely like to hang on to it huh."

In the SNL promo for next week, Pete Davidson offers a joke to musical guest Maggie Rogers …
Ariana Grande responded to this with a "." In a tweet, a "thank you, then" in another, and a bading slam dunk on Davidson who wanted to hook to "relevance" in another.

It is there that hypocrisy comes into play.
Just two days later this tweet calling Pete Davidson for taking advantage of the relevance of their breakup to baffle a joke …
She releases, "Thanks, then," the song that says, "Even almost married, / And for Pete, I'm so grateful."
So … a man who makes jokes for a living (and probably uses them to deal with what is happening in his life, too) is not allowed to joke about the situation he is also part of …
But she allowed to release a song that calls him by name.
Because clarify: In the SNL joke, Davidson does not mention Grande by name. If someone is the target of the joke, it's him.

So I can not help feeling as Pete is held to a different standard. Why can Grande make money with their breakup or use her art to heal in another way, while Davidson is denied the same freedom of expression?
Then, more recently, Davidson explained how much hate on the Internet had affected him, even going so far as to say that he was considering suicide.

Of course, Great faced unwarranted criticism of Davidson's emotional state. There is absolutely no blame for Grande regarding Davidson's emotional state or mental health condition.
However, in the middle of the ordealshe took the time to tweet, "stop turning mental health into a weapon".

It's a tricky question because we know that people who openly discuss their mental health issues help fight stigma.
That said, where do we draw the line?
Now, in the last two weeks, We all know that Grande was confronted with serious reactions because of her latest single, "7 rings".
The first people accused the singer to tear Princess Nokia, Soulja Boy and 2 Chainz.
Then there was some confusion on the inclusion of Japanese characters and iconography in the promotion of the song as well as in the video clip.
In the middle of all the critics, Grande continued and did what so many 20-year-olds before her did: get tattooed in a language she does not speak or read.

Personally, I do not find it terribly offensive, people do this kind of tattoo all the time. It's she who has to live with a tiny barbecue on her hand.

The reality is I can only imagine the kind of anxiety and stress that Ariana Grande faces daily. So, I do not really find that the tweet above is anything but explanatory.
But rest, it seems that she stands at a different standard.
A very good friend Mine dropped a bomb of truth a few weeks ago and I think that applies to this whole situation.
He said to me, "When we do something and somebody does not know it, we explain our intention, we always judge our actions according to our intentions … but we never judge the actions of others on their intentions, we hold them simply for those responsible for their actions, why do that? "
wellbecause we never know the true intentions of others.
But I think it's safe to badume Ariana Grande generally has very good intentions. That's why I still think she's hilarious and incredibly talented.

This is also why I'm excited beyond the release of his new album in 3 days.
That said, I think the girl knows that she still has some growth to do. All I can say is that I hope that, like all of us, we can really begin to hold others' actions to account while recognizing that their intentions are probably never as malicious as we suppose.
The girl has more and more to do and therefore I do not reproach him for anything. I hope that she will be able to maintain her incredible sense of humor despite people like me who share unnecessary opinions on the internet.
