Manchester United is strongly linked to a transfer for Harry Maguire.
But signing the defender proves harder than expected by the Red Devils, who can not agree on a fee with Leicester City for the central defender.
United made an offer of £ 70 million for the services of the English international, but the Fox quickly rejected it. Leicester holds for 80 million pounds, which could totally prevent United from reaching an agreement with Maguire.

Before all of United's managers decide on Maguire, Sir Alex Ferguson had his eyes on the central defender.
The opinion of Ferguson on Maguire
In 2013, Ferguson decided that it was time to resign from his position as Red Devils boss.
He asked the club to hire Moyes to replace him and even advised his compatriot before opening the transfer window.
One of the players that he suggested to Moyes to watch was Maguire.
Ferguson had seen the center-back in action in the FA Cup final in 2011.
Maguire did his best against Paul Pogba and Jesse Lingard that day, but his Sheffield United team was beaten by United.
But the worst for the center back was to suffer a concussion during the match and spend the night in the hospital.
His evening would improve, however, when Manchester United sent him a home jersey in goodwill and his phone would ring.
Ferguson, at the other end of the conversation, spoke to Maguire and told him that he was keeping his head down and working hard, he could beat the world one day, according to Andy Mitten, who told history at UniBet.
Maguire followed Ferguson's advice and knelt down.
The Scot continued to follow the progress of the central defender and decided that he was right for United when he retired.

United needed a new central defender at the time, while Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic were also about to leave.
