Private lawyer Maurice Ampaw berated a group led by lawyer Akoto Ampaw over a memorandum tabled in Parliament calling for the rejection of the Anti LGBTQ + bill

It is widely reported that fifteen prominent legal, academic and civil professionals have tabled a memorandum in Parliament against the anti-LGBTQ + bill.

Speaking on the matter in an interview with Nana Yaw Mensah Jowel on Oyerepa FM, attorney Maurice Ampaw said those fighting against the Anti LGBTQ + bill are occult.

“I know where these people come from… they are all occult. It takes occults to support and promote gayism because it has spiritual powers. He stated.

He added that the oppressors are not righteous members of society.

According to him, opponents of the anti-LGBTQ + bill are not mere occults but they are powerful and influential in society.

“Those who oppose the bill are powerful people, they chose them to lead the crusade, look at Akoto Ampaw, he is close to President Akufo-Addo.”

Lawyer Maurice Ampaw revealed that “the fight against the Anti-bill is a game plan, they have met to elect influential people to lead the campaign”.

He expressed his disappointment with Dr Wreko-Brobey who is part of the anti-LGBTQ + Bill group.

“One person I’m disappointed with is Dr Wreko-Brobey, look at his belly …. everyone fighting against the bill is over 50 … these are people who in the next 20 years will not have it doesn’t matter… it’s the Ghanaian youth who they want to destroy. He spoke with authority.

He, however, urged Ghanaian youth to rise up against LGBTQ + crusaders and make life uncomfortable for them.

“Let us stand up and speak loudly about the Crusaders, they are powerful, they have the money and the ability to influence our leaders.” He stressed.
