The brothers involved in an alleged attack on the actor Jussie Smollett are suing the "Empire" actor's lawyers for defamation. According to CBS Chicago, Ola and Abel Osundairo accuse Mark Geragos and Tina Glandian of falsely accusing them of a hate crime.
