Unionized Bulk Oil and Transportation (BOST) staff said that some people's attempts to tarnish the image of their chief executive officer would not fade away.
According to the staff, George Mensah Okley, as far as he is concerned, is the most badiduous manager he has met and his support for him is flawless.
In a statement copied to Myjoyonline.com, the union staff said, "We want to tell Ghanaians that BOST Director General George Mensah Okley is one of the most dedicated, results-oriented and more equitable to have moved to BOST. we, the unionized staff, are fully behind him.
They say media reports attacking the member's competence are unacceptable.
According to them "in Ghana, you need a rare breed of people to decide to work with people based on their skills and integrity and not on their political affiliation. Anyone who is sensitive to BOST's interests should welcome Mr. Okley's exemplary leadership and not condemn him. "
