NaBCo is a government intervention designed to maximize the talents of unemployed graduates and equip them with skills through a process of value creation and training.
The temporary job, which will last two years, has been open to Ghanaians who have already fulfilled their national service obligations.
The recruits badigned to the GRA customs division claim to have been beaten and slapped on training grounds.
One of them told Clbad News, on condition of anonymity: "They said it was paramilitary training and we are treated as such, it's like we're in the academy" .
"When we complain, they tell us that other organizations are present and that we could have applied for others, but we chose to come to the customs. They treat us as if they were treating their recruits . "
"They beat us and beat us. When you make a mistake, you will be beaten. If you are asked to slap someone and do not slap him, well, they will slap you. "
