Paddy McGuinness revealed that he was unable to wipe his own butt after an operation in the shoulder this week.
The TV favorite, 45, was in agony after being operated on this week.
He has been struggling for some time with a "shady shoulder" and revealed Wednesday that he was putting himself under the knife.
Paddy has had a number of procedures, including arthroscopic subacromial decompression and resection of ACJ, which cuts the bones to increase the space for the tendons.
After leaving the hospital, Paddy revealed that he was taking morphine to relieve his pain and that he was totally unable to use his right hand.
This made it a bit problematic to go to the bathroom and described it as a "Cadbury factory explosion".
In a video posted on Instagram, he explains: "The first day after my recovery from an injury to the shoulder … Oh, that is tender.
"But I'm a brave little soldier and I keep going, it's kind of embarrbading to have your arm in a sling …
"I tried the toilet for the first time, wiping with my left hand for the first time.
"It was interesting, and interestingly, I mean degrading." "Really degrading." It was like an explosion at a Cadbury factory
"But anyway, I'm in the med.On the plus side, I've had two lying back to back.It was worth getting the operation just for that."
He has since updated his fans with his progress, revealing that the slingshot had been removed and that he had to release his stitches next week.
Paddy wrote: "Slow and steady wins the race. Two days after the Op shoulder and I can now brush my teeth with my right hand!"
"Started feeling better each morning, Physio next week with my stitches!"
