JOHANNESBURG – Neighbors and parents of a kindergarten in Carletonville where young children have been seen in violent videos say they will keep the facility closed.
Videos posted on social media show a teacher who badaulted children.
The school was closed after finding that she did not have a valid license.

However, the nursery says that parents want to keep their children there.
The manger officials claim that there are parents who wish to keep their children in the school.
The management said the parents understand that the attacks on the children were committed independently by a teacher who has since been fired.
The lawyer representing the school's owner, Danie van Zyl, said those who had chosen to keep their children in school should have had the right to do so.
However, a group of parents and neighbors strongly disagree, saying that they will monitor the facilities to make sure they remain closed.
They said that if the MEC had decided not to close the nursery, they would have done it themselves.
