Paris Jackson has responded to reports that she was taken to hospital after being charged with attempted suicide.

According to a report by TMZ, the police reportedly responded to a call at the police headquarters in Paris at 7.30am on Saturday, and allegedly attempted suicide in "direct response" to the allegations of documentary Leaving Neverland.

Paris has since denied this information on Twitter, calling the publication "liars".

In another tweet in response to the news, Paris wrote: "The lie is a lie, even more so."

A source for Metro.co.uk said that Paris "was resting at home" after having an accident requiring medical treatment.

"Paris had an accident this morning which required medical treatment. She is currently resting at home and well, "said the source.

In the documentary HBO and Channel 4, Michael is accused of badually abusing Wade Robson and James Safechuck while they were children.

The domain Michael Jackson and his family have denied these accusations, although Paris has not seen the documentary.

Paris was hospitalized in 2013 after an alleged suicide attempt following the death of Michael Jackson in 2009.
