Peter McUtchen, Managing Director of Parkd Ltd (ASX: PKD), informs proactive investors about Len Troncone's recent appointment as IT Technician, to the newly created position of CFO.
Troncone has been instrumental in the development and value creation of shareholders in the years following the IPO in United Group Limited and Decmil Group Limited, formerly Paladio Group Limited.
"Len came out of the building – it was fundamental to the growth of the United group at the time [and] he laid the groundwork for bringing them to an ASX100 company, "explains McUtchen.
He continued: "His last appointment was at a Perth company where he drove them to a sale last year, which really ended his role in this business."
