Mahama Ayariga, MP from Bawku Central District, said the complaint filed by the Special Prosecutor (PS) was poorly motivated and is therefore hiding under Article 122 of the 1992 Constitution of Ghana for appear before the court of a lawsuit brought against him by the special prosecutor.

However, he advised the Special Prosecutor to seek an interpretation from the Supreme Court if Article 122 was not clear to him.
