Parts of Greater Accra experience rain showers

Accra, March 22, GNA – Unbridled storms of
unprecedented levels hit parts of the Greater Accra region early in the morning
Friday morning.

Some Ashongman Estates residents in Ga
East District, who experienced it around 4:20, heard a loud roar
the winds pounding their doors and windows shut at sustained intervals in the middle of
light rain.

This, however, gave way to heavy rains just before
0500 hours.

"It's definitely a climate change
experience and we pray that no one is in danger, "commented one
resident.
