Rico David Garilli, a Gold Coast man, was heading to Singapore to start the marriage weddings when the Scoot flight with hundreds of other pbadengers was forced to return to Australia.

Despite the noisy pbadenger restraint, the pilot still made the decision to turn around and take him to Sydney.
Bea Garcia, another pbadenger on the flight, shared Garilli's images and criticized Scoot for handling the situation.
"I still can not believe it really happened," Garcia wrote.
"I can not say I'm happy with how Scoot handled the situation, especially the consequences, because we were supposed to stay in airport seats and were not accommodated in a hotel at night. When we complained and explained that our flight was over 7.5 hours away, we were simply told to send comments by e-mail and to complain. "
Ms. Garcia stated that she would send Scoot a "long email with comments and requests".
