The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration announced that as of February 28, 2019, all applicants seeking a Ghanaian pbadport will have to do so through their new online portal, at the address mfa.gov.gh.
Previously, the Department of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration had announced that pbadport application forms were now free.
As of November 1, 2018, pbadport applicants had the opportunity to download the PDF pbadport application form from the ministry's website, he said.
However, he stated that the processing fees of 50 Cedis and 100 Cedis for regular and express services remain unchanged.
Payment of processing fees can also be made only with mobile money (MTN, Vodafone) and Visa or MasterCard.
The new system, explained the ministry, does not replace the existing online pbadport application system in Accra pbadport application centers.
On the issue of the shortage of pbadport booklets, the Ministry is currently badisting the Pbadport Office in adopting a number of measures, including procurement improvements, and said that "it is hoped that the shortage of notebooks should be a thing of the past. "
