Patapaa rescued from an armed attack by Ghanaian police
Ghanaian hiplife artist Patapaa Amisty and his management team were rescued from a robbery on the Winneba highway in Kasoa.
The Scopatumana crooner went on his Instagram page to thank the Ghana Police Service, the Winneba Patrol Team, for being more specific and indicating that he was safe with the rest of his team.
This sudden incident occurred around 11 pm on Monday, May 27, after Patapaa and his crew had finished performing at the Wob3ti Apleza festival in the Volta region, Ho, and were returning in their country, Agona Swedru.
According to Patapaa's director, the thieves shot at some cars on the road and left behind personal belongings, but without the quick intervention of the police patrol teams from Winneba and Kasoa, the story would have been different.
The police rushed to the scene to restore his sanity and had to escort them to Agona Swedru, added his manager.
