The second edition of the highly anticipated 3Music Awards took place at the Fantasy Dome on Saturday, March 30th. The event had its ups and downs, but the only thing that excited the audience was the performances.

From the first act, Shatta Wale, in the last act, Samini, the artists entertained the crowd with successes back to back despite the technical challenges.

If the performances could light a fire, the artists would set fire to the astonishing scene mounted by the organizers of 3Music Awards.

Thanks to their electrifying performance, even the air conditioning could not prevent the heat from entering the fantastic dome and no amount of water could extinguish the fire they had caused.

The customers drank and drank, but the shows were too numerous and the water was not enough for them to get wet in the throat by screaming, dancing and jumping.

Let's start from the beginning.

The wait was great and the customers could not wait for the show to start, they did not expect to go for the best outing of their lives.

Before that, Aba entered the Fantasy Dome at 7 pm and thought that people would not attend the event.

She had to check her ticket again to see if she was missing the time. "Seven people said, so why are there a few thousand people missing? Where were The Meme Gang, Kwesi Arthur, Medikal, Dawumi, Samini and all the people announced?

Sighing where she sat, at least her VIP tickets gave her the luxury of a table. After what seemed like an eternity, customers began to occupy the place and artists arrived before the show began.

All his frustrations and anger at the late-comers and organizers moved away when the DWP dancers first came on the scene. To say that their performance was captivating is a euphemism.

Dancing at the Naami Dope Nation, Medikal's Omo Ada and Criss Waddle and Kwesi Arthur's King Kong, their coordination and dance moves blew the audience.

It's too early, but the crowd did not have the opportunity to ask him to do it again, because a car was driven on the scene to announce the arrival of the president of the SM Movement. It was just a distraction because the President of the Shatta Movement was coming from the sky, literally! He has everyone wide-eyed.

While performing 'Island', 'Ayoo' and some songs from his Reign album, Shatta Wale set fire to fire. He had not come in with the usual energy, perhaps because the show had started late.

After seeing Shatta Wale play, customers could listen to music from the next generation, the future of Ghanaian music. Surprisingly, they only raised the temperature and fanned the already lit flames launched by the president of Mouvement SM,

Cina Soul came first with a brilliant live performance of her "Ojorley", showing breathtaking talents in singing and dancing. Never for once did she falter in her steps, her staging or voice lost the energy with which she had come. This girl has a lot of talent!

Kofi Mole, winner of the "Next Rated Act Award", sang his new single "Don & # 39; t be Late". He was in the mood of Kwesi Arthur (taking off his shirt) and was singing with the crowd.

MTN Hitmaker and Black Avenue winner Freda Rhymz took the crowd with her rap bar for her single "Pay". The bady dance was just a secondary attraction.

The audience then panicked when Dope Nation entered the building singing "Naami". The duo also invited people to sing with their single "Eish" from 2018.

All became crazy when 'Proud Fvck Boys' from Tulenkey started playing. Tulenkey had the crowd dance with him. His staging, however, did not have as much power as we expected, but he did good.

The audience sang more when Eddie Khae joined him on stage to perform "Do the Dance", the crazy viral song.

These were consecutive fire performances of these new acts. The Quamina MP certainly did not disappoint when he invited people to "Party" and "Wiase Ye De", even VIPs could not sit.

It was obvious that the next generation through their performances promised one thing and one thing only: to protect the Ghanaian sound and never let the music die.

It was a touching moment when Wendy Shay dedicated her award to Ebony, just to remind people that the end-of-reign singer still reigns.

When arrived Sunday, the Bethel Revival Choir leads a "Goosebumpy 'adores with angelic voices and a devotion that could shake the heavens.

The praises started withAgbadza Medley'And Agbadza, a traditional dance of the sheep where you move your arms like a chicken flapping its wings, Neho!

It may not have been charged for playing, but when Adofo Jnr, the son of highlife legend Obuoba JA Adofo, gave an enthralling performance with back-to-back songs from his father, the crowd was yearning for see you.

The performances would not have been complete without AMG baby! The motorcycles have paved the way for Medikal, the Hiphop / Hiplife act of the year, the crowd wanting more and wishing that the night never ends. From his verses in "Kpo Keke" to "Ayekoo" everything was going well, like punctuation!

He fanned the audience when he joined the distinguished personalities for him to dance and sing his rap couplets. And when Ayekoo started playing, even little girls could not stay still. The disappointment, he left too early, the public was not ready for its release because 'Omo Ada' was still playing.

In addition, Twitter could not believe that Akwaboah, owned by Ghana, owned. A user asked when he was listening to play Bruno Mars. Akwaboah started with his nominated song "Hye Me Bo", with him on the piano and a band behind him.

Despite all the hot shows, Adina joined him on stage to perform 'Hold Me Down', which made him scary. They made the audience vibrate in unison with the love song.

Maybe Adina could have also gotten Akwaboah with her song "Killing Me Softly". Their staging was captivating, they held hands for the rest of their performance. Tee Phlow also joined the singer on stage to perform 'Fakye'.

"If I do not come, 3Music Awards allows me to win," said Victor Ad. The African act of the year 3Music had thrilled the crowd when he went on stage to sing his single "Wetin we Gain".

The temperature was already high but LA Meme Gang and Joey B raised it with their brilliant performances of "Godzilla", "Stables" and "Balance".

Rocky Dawuni, a Grammy nominee, was great with his band but of course, his performance would not have been complete without the audience interpreting his interpretation of Alhaji K Frimpong's "Kyenkyen Bi Adi Mawu".

Samini, Dancehall artist, played last and last is certainly not the least. He and his group were beyond expectations throughout their performance. Unfortunately, many people had already left and the impact of his performance was not felt.

Dancehall artist, Shatta Wale won the most awards of the evening, eight in total.

3Music prices had a lot of problems, they did not start on time, the transitions were not the best, the audience waited long before Akwaboah's performance started, Samini played too late, but many artists have given everything.

After saying everything and doing, Aba remembers, she had read somewhere that the creative arts were Ghana's untapped oil. From cartoonists, advertising agencies to movies to music and many more, the country has not explored talents and performances prove it.
