Garry's Mod started as a simple modification of Valve Software's software. Half Life 2 this allowed players to have fun with physics, models and other resources inside the game files.
In the last six years, however, Garry's Mod took his own life, supporting every Source engine game under the sun, including Half Life 2, its episodic expansions, Portal, Counter-Strike: Source, Left for dead and Left 4 Dead 2as well as turn into a complete retail title.
It is now on Mac, after being released by Valve through its very popular digital distribution service, Steam for Mac. Steam currently has a 50% discount on the title, which costs only $ 4.99 … even though you must know that to actually use Garry's Mod To create elaborate Rube Goldberg machines or, as in the videos embedded above and below, absolutely hysterical Internet videos, you must have at least one game using the Source engine.
