(Reuters) – Plastics maker Berry Global Group Inc. announced Friday that its £ 3.34 billion offering to UK packaging company RPC Group was final and that it would not be increased.
At the beginning of March, the RPC group had accepted Berry's higher public tender offer, namely 793 pence in cash, thereby abandoning Apollo Global Management's inferior bid. LLC.
Berry said he was reserving the right to increase the bid if another party came up with an offer or a potential bid for CPP.
