Paul Pogba has bought diamond-cut World Cup championship rings for the entire France team.

The Blues won the World Cup trophy in the summer of 2018, beating Croatia 4-2 in the final at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.

Pogba was on the scoresheet during that match, scoring a 3-1 score in the second half to give France the winning goal.

To commemorate the second World Cup title of France in the World Cup, Pogba has ordered championship rings for his teammates.

Pogba presented the championship rings – traditionally reserved for professional US sports teams – to his teammates while they were on an international mission this week.

Jason of Beverley Hills, the creator of the ring, has published photos of the jewels on their official Instagram account.

"It's a small gesture after winning a World Cup with great players," said Pogba at a press conference Wednesday.

"I consider them my family, it's a small gift from me.

"A small gesture like this is nothing because a World Cup is for life, this ring you can lose, but you do not lose the World Cup."

French midfielder Blaise Matuidi posted a picture of himself and Pogba posing with the rings on Instagram.

"An unforgettable gift for an unforgettable memory, thank you from the bottom of the heart for the jewels," said the legend.

France enters qualifying for Euro 2020 in Moldova on Friday before facing Iceland at the Stade de France on Monday.
