Ashanti regional police arrested more than 100 suspects as a result of the clashes that left many injured and several properties destroyed on the Dagomba line in Aboabo on Tuesday.
In an interview with Accra-based Citi FM radio, Ashanti Regional Command's public relations officer, ASP Godwin Ahianyo, said the suspects would be investigated to allow the police to sue the police. people directly involved in the clashes.
He added that the police had spoken to both parties involved in the clashes to enable them to establish the cause of the clashes.
There were violent clashes between residents of the Dagomba Line at Aboabo in Kumasi over an alleged litigation plot on Tuesday, July 9, 2019.
