Police believe the Humber-Summit shooting victim was targeted

The search for a suspect accused in a blind shootout that sent a wounded driver into traffic in Etobicoke was finally dropped.

Boakye, 24, was known to the police.

"Like any other investigation, the deceased's background will be part of the investigation," Giroux added
