The president of the National People's Convention (PNC), Bernard Mornah, questioned the New Patriotic Party's sense of judgment, saying that it is a party that refuses to recognize its reprehensible acts because of its stubbornness.

Mornah said that although many PNP leaders are well aware that the search for peace for Dagbon began well before President Akufo-Addo became president and thus involved in peace processes. they rightly insist that he be credited with granting him peace.

Bernard Mornah said he agrees that President Akufo-Addo, for having put the icing on the cake, rightly deserves to be credited with peace in Dagbon, but that the NPP must also understand that Kwame Nkrumah did not start in Ghana. fight for independence, it is rightly attributed the icing on the cake.
