The declaration reads as follows: "The release of the ministerial list and the quick launch by the Senate of the candidate selection process are important for a number of reasons, but I want to take this opportunity to thank the President not only for his new face, but also for the return of some good men. and women who have shown themselves not only hard at work but also attached to their people.
"The first on the list of returnees is of course my friend and brother Rotimi Amaechi, former Minister of Transport. His contributions to the party and to this government, including what we have experienced here in the state of Rivers, make his own nomination and successful bid a much more successful success.
