President cuts gas for launch of two aeronautical projects

President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will organize on Friday, February 15 a ceremony of inauguration of the works at the Kotoka International Airport for the start of enlargement works of the north apron and the office of the 39, authority of civil aviation of Ghana.

The minister said the new national quarry would begin operations in April this year and would link roads from the West Africa subregion and other international routes, including London. .

He reiterated the choice of Ethiopian Airlines as the strategic partner of the proposed new home carrier and indicated that a memorandum of understanding had been signed to that effect.

Already, Adda said Ghana has signed a bilateral air services agreement with more than 65 countries, which would make the national airline more efficient.

He added that the confidence of the country's aerospace industry was growing, adding that the government would give him the maximum help in developing and generating revenue to boost economic growth and create jobs for young people.
