President Ken Anderson will sell all his shares in Bolton Wanderers – Football

Anderson, whose Inner Circle Investments company holds about 95% of the shares, has published a statement on Bolton's official website.

"The President is pleased to announce that an agreement in principle has been reached that will allow Inner Circle Investments to dispose of all of its interest in Burnden Leisure.

"A period of due diligence has now begun, once this process is completed and the EFL requirements are met, a new announcement will be made to the supporters."
