Information reaching MyNewsGh.com indicates that the regional president of the new patriotic party (NPP) Ahafo, Francis Opoku Sarfo, aka President Jerry, has died as a result of a road accident.
The clever businessman would have been involved in an accident between Achrensua and Water Works when his Range Rover vehicle registered GT 3150-17 was reported to have sunk.
Five other occupants of the vehicle, including his wife and the driver, are reported to be in critical condition and taken to Sunyani Hospital.
His wife and a Bismark Asante, a known supporter of Kotoko, were transported to Komfo Anokye University Hospital.
