Alban Bagbin, NDC flag bearer full of hope
Mr. Alban Bagbin, presidential candidate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), is committed to transforming the country when it is also possible for him to lead the party and the nation.
Mr. Bagbin, second vice-speaker of Parliament, said this during an interview with the Ghanaian news agency in Accra, after reviewing the verification processes at the party's headquarters.
He said: "I was comfortable with the auditing process, you see on my smiles that I am happy with what happened today, you do not have to worry about it. you do not need to hear it, you can feel it, "he added.
Mr. Bagbin stated that the selection board had asked him questions about his ability and character to lead the Party to victory, which in his view was crucial for democratic governance.
He said he was very confident of winning to become the party's flag bearer and win the upcoming presidential elections of the New Patriotic Party.
"My policies will focus on people, their well-being is paramount for me, these are some of the basic building blocks for leadership."
Mr. Bagbin said it was God's call for him to be President of the country and that it was his pbadion to improve the lives of Ghanaians if he won the 2020 elections.
