While the world is waiting patiently for the arrival of another royal baby, Prince Louis is interested in his own moment of celebration. The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge shared three adorable new photos of the young royal in honor of his first birthday on Tuesday, April 23.
Taken earlier this month by Duchess Kate, the pictures show the baby posing in the compound of the Cambridges house in Anmer Hall, Norfolk, where the family is based for the school holidays of Prince George and Princess Charlotte.

Louis looks positively angelic – and the spitting image of Prince William's early childhood – as he sits patiently (though covered with grbad) in the garden for his earliest birthday portraits.
Dressed in a Thomas Brown 'Little Puppy' blue knit sweater, the birthday boy gave his mother a peek at her blonde combo and her two bottom teeth while she was on the run. she was taking pictures with her professional Canon DSLR camera.

The fifth in-line throne also appears to have inherited a pair of Early Days navy shoes from his brother or sister, both of which wore the same color of leather pram shoes to the Italian during their childhood.

"This is an incredibly happy time for the Cambridges," said a Kensington Palace employee. BAZAAR.com of their Easter holidays. The happy family would have celebrated Louis' birthday one day early on April 22, while Prince William travels to New Zealand on Tuesday for a two-day visit to pay tribute to those affected by the attack March terrorist in Christchurch.

Louis's portraits are not the first time Kate has demonstrated her photography skills, as she has shared a number of family milestones with the world over the years. She was behind the lens of the first official portraits of Louis and Charlotte, as well as several other birthday shots.
"Kate is a pbadionate photographer and she enjoys developing her skills over the years," said a source. BAZAAR graduated in art history. "She is looking forward to sharing more photos over the coming months, including on @KensingtonRoyal's Instagram account."
