Even her shoes were meticulously crafted although they were barely visible under her wedding dress. The top of the shoes had a heart and on the sole, shoemaker Clive Shilton painted a "C" and a "D".
"Nobody even saw the bottom of the shoes, but it was important to us that they look great. You would have seen a lot more if she had stumbled! Said Shilton, according to Business Insider.
Princess Diana's dress and train were left to her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, in accordance with the instructions of his will.
Perfume spilled on the dress
Just before walking in the aisle under the eyes of the entire world, Princess Diana accidentally spilled perfume on her wedding dress.
Makeup artist Barbara Daly said that when the 20-year-old princess went to apply her favorite perfume, Some Flowers, she spilled one on her dress.
