SINGAPORE (Reuters) – Private home sales by developers in Singapore rose 25.5 percent in June from a year earlier, according to government statistics released on Monday.
Data compiled by the Urban Redevelopment Authority indicates that promoters sold 821 units last month, compared with 654 units the same month of the previous year.
However, sales fell 13.8% from the 952 units sold in May.
