Robert Quaye Nortey Seppeh, the principal who was involved in an infamous kitchen stool saga with one of his students has been laid to rest.

The burial ceremony for the late teacher took place on the weekend of January 29-31, 2021, with a revival that began on January 29 in Awoshie in Accra.

According to a report with a video which was seen by YEN.com.gh on peacefmonline.com, the funeral service was marked by many young people imitating the infamous act of the late director.

Some have been seen with kitchen stools on their heads while others have created a dancing version of the position the principal took with his student before his story went viral.

As YEN.com.gh Previously reported, the director who died at the age of 44 on December 7, 2020, election day in Ghana, therefore did not gain much attention online when it happened.

Seppeh left behind his wife, Mrs. Felicity Tawiah, and five children – Baaba Seppeh, Abigail Seppeh, Prince Otu Seppeh, Joseph Otubi Seppeh and Nhyira Seppeh.

In another report, 37-year-old Ghanaian CEO Samuel Mensah, based in the United Kingdom, died of the novel coronavirus after a scheduled interview on the virus.

According to the verified Good Evening Ghana Facebook handle which confirmed the news of Samuel’s death, the deceased was interviewed on Metro TV on Thursday January 28, 2021 at 9 p.m. ET.
