Paris Saint-Germain would be interested in a direct transaction only if he was to lose Neymar to Barcelona this summer.
The Brazilian is eager to return to camp Nou after leaving the city of Barca for PSG after breaking his world record.
And according to the Spanish newspaper Mundo Deportivo, PSG would only be willing to let Neymar return to his former club when he received an offer in the region of 200 million pounds that they had launched to sign it at the 39, summer 2017.
They add that the only proposal made by the Barca to date is an offer by Philippe Coutinho, of Ivan Rakitic and about £ 35 million, that PSG rejected outright, adding that the champions of France are not interested in Croatian at all.
The same report adds that the PSG adopts the same approach as Real Madrid and does not seek to include Gareth Bale in a swap against Neymar in order to reduce the market value.
Neymar is currently with PSG on a pre-tour in China, where he reportedly had friendly talks with manager Thomas Tuchel.

For his part, Antoine Griezmann, whose arrival at Barca in the summer has complicated any potential agreement for Neymar, spoke of the possible arrival of the Brazilian.
He told Sky Sports: "Before talking about it, they had to first conclude the deal because it was a complex transfer.
"He's a good player, he's had some injuries, but he's at an amazing level.
"We also have [Ousmane] Dembele, [Philippe] Coutinho and Malcom, which are important to us and we hope to do great things with them. "
