QPR made four changes to Rotherham United's visit as they continued their third unbroken run of the league at Loftus Road.
Joel Lynch replaces Grant Hall, suspended at the back center, while Darnell Furlong returns to the right back with Jordan Cousins returning to the middle of the field. The brilliant Osayi-Samuel also takes the start after being impressive on the bench during the draw with Stoke this weekend, while Ebere Eze is also back in the starting lineup.
Nahki Wells, Josh Scowen and Pawel Wszolek are the three players in Saturday's 0-0 draw to sit on the bench.
Geoff Cameron is making his long-awaited return from the injury, with the midfielder named in the matches team for the first time since early December, but the American leaves the bench. He is joined by Ryan Manning, who spent the first half of the season on loan at Rotherham.
QPR won the last meeting between Loftus Road teams by five goals against one in March 2017, while the Millers have not won in W12 for more than half a century. The visitors have not yet won on the road this season, but they have drawn in their last four away games and beat Blackburn in their last home game.
The reverse match between the two teams ended in 2-2 in November, with Luke Freeman scoring a tying goal after the hosts had won 2-1 in the first 15 minutes.
QPR: Lumley; Furlong, Leistner, Lynch, Bidwell, Osayi-Samuel, Cousins, Luongo, Free Man, Eze, Hemed
Substitutes: Ingram, Cameron, Scowen, Manning, Wszolek, Shodipo, Wells
