The Queens Park Rangers presented an injury update before moving to Hull City this weekend.
Angel Rangel should miss once again as he continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
The former Swansea man has not been in action since December and is preparing to return, but he is unlikely to be ready for the trip to KCOM stadium.
The likely scenario is that Rangel will be released in the first team retreat during the international break to be involved against Bolton Wanderers in two weeks.
Matt Smith is also a doubt for the trip to the Tigers.
The striker missed the last two games after being injured at the ankle at training last week.
Smith doubted the confrontation with Hull City, even though he could be involved if he could convince Steve McClaren that he was ready to participate.
QPR will however be stimulated by the return of Grant Hall.
The defender served a one-game suspension in the 2-1 defeat against Rotherham United, but will return home for the trip to Hull City.
It could also be a first chance for Geoff Cameron to return.
The Stoke City coach was an unused substitute against the Millers Wednesday night, but could have his first minutes of play after suffering an ankle injury in December.
It remains to be seen whether he is deemed fit enough to begin.
