Shortly before the weekend, the gong rings again for the next round of constant conflict between Apple and Qualcomm. This time, Apple is pulling the straw short and, according to a Bloomberg report, can no longer say that the iPhone models concerned with the ban on sales are still available in Germany.

Let's go back: in December, Qualcomm was able to obtain a ban on the sale of iPhone 7, 8 and X models in Germany before a Munich court, which came into force in early January. However, the sale of these devices is only prohibited to Apple, therefore, said iPhone models are still easily available from other dealers in this country. In an opinion, Apple then explicitly stressed this point:
All iPhone models remain available to customers through carriers and resellers in 4,300 sites in Germany. During the appeal process, the iPhone 7 and iPhone 8 models will not be available in the 15 Apple stores located in Germany.
Qualcomm is now clearly disturbed by these comments and could probably get the court that Apple is deleting the pbadage of his statement. On actual availability, the decision seems to have no influence. We did not contact anyone at Apple for confirmation.
The last point went to Apple
Apple and Qualcomm are in constant conflict over patents and rights of use. Qualcomm accuses Apple of using a proprietary technology without paying royalties. Apple in turn accuses Qualcomm of having charged exorbitant fees based on services that the company itself has not provided.
It's only at the beginning of the week that Apple could gain a point in the permanent dispute with Qualcomm. A Mannheim court rejected another Qualcomm patent trial as unfounded.
