The queen is at the head of the royal family and welcomed another member into the clan on May 6 this year. Prince Harry, the Queen's grandson and his wife Meghan Markle became the parents of little boy Archie Harrison, who ranks seventh on the throne. After Tot's birth, many royal fans wondered if he would get a royal title.
But on May 17, Buckingham Palace published Archie's birth certificate, which revealed that the Susbad had not given title to their child.
Looking at the document, it became obvious that, unlike his father's official first and last name – His Royal Highness Henry Charles David, Duke of Susbad – Archie Harrison appears without any notion of a kingdom or duchy.
And although he is seventh from the throne and son of a prince, Archie did not receive the title of prince himself.
This is partly because of the Queen's grandfather, King George V.

In 1917 he published a letter patent limiting the use of royal titles to the children and grandchildren of the ruler (in the male line) and to the eldest son of the eldest son of the heir.
Under this decision, only the great-grandchildren of Queen Elizabeth II would be called Princess or Princess, and referred to as Her Royal Highness (HRH).
By following this rule, only Archie's cousin, Prince George, would get the title.
Prince George is the son of Prince William, who is the eldest son of Prince Charles – the next on the throne.

Brothers Charlotte and Louis, brothers and sisters of George, also obtained titles of princess or prince.
That's because the Queen issued a decree in 2013, allotting titles to all of Prince William's children and his wife Kate Middleton.
This exception is unlikely to be made for little Archie, who is seventh on the throne.
But Meghan's son still has the right to receive a title.
The eldest son of Prince Harry, Archie is expected to receive the title Earl of Dumbarton, one of Harry's secondary titles.
However, the Duke and Duchess of Susbad chose not to grant it.
It's a deliberate choice because they want Archie's education to be as normal as possible.
Instead, Archie received the family name of the Royal Family, Mountbatten-Windsor.
