Peter Boamah Otukonor, Deputy Secretary General of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), reprimanded the lawmaker of Central Assin, the Hon. Kennedy Agyapong must resign from the ruling New Patriotic Party if he thinks he has been betrayed by faceless people in his party.

"I do not think Kennedy Agyapong can continue with his threat to leave the NPP. He may resign when he thinks the kitchen is too hot, "said Peter Boamah Otukonor to Nhyira FM, based in Kumasi, in an interview with MyNewsGh.com.

According to the NDC apologist, the hard-talking MP Kennedy Agyapong, who is only a financier of the NPP, can speak without acting, so it will be difficult for him to hold onto his threat.

"I do not trust him," he told Adauanaba Daniel Kofi Asante Ennin, political talk show of "Kroyi My Nsem".

The Honorable Kennedy Agyapong almost burst into tears as she spoke to MPP members in her constituency last weekend regretting some of the decisions he had made.

According to him, he was used by the party and, at one point, abandoned to be the subject of a national shame in Parliament which he said motivated his decision not to be re-elected in 2020 as legislator.

"The way the nuclear power plants used me, when they were finished, they separated and left all the shame to appear. I am opening today to you, you can record and play for them. If I observe how I lived my life and how the NPP wants to treat me, I call that it stops … I will not get up, "he insisted.
