Rapper Nipsey Hussle was reportedly shot dead six times in Los Angeles, his hometown.
A total of three people were shot dead outside the Marathon Store belonging to the 33-year-old Grammy candidate (born Ermias Asghedom), according to TMZ.
Eyewitnesses saw a man escape into a vehicle after the shooting.

Moments before the shot Nipsey – who claimed "links with the Crips" – had tweeted: "Having powerful enemies is a blessing."
Hussle is survived by his two-year-old son Kross, with Poinsettias for Christmas star Lauren London, as well as his daughter Emani from a previous relationship.
The five-year-old had just wondered about favorite colors and celebrities in an interview with GQ on Thursday.
