The Ministry of Education, the Ghana Education Service (GES) and the National Council of Teachers commemorate the country’s teachers as part of this year’s World Teachers’ Day.
As part of the occasion, some teachers were recognized with prizes for their sacrifices and exceptional work, especially in times of pandemic.
The event was held in Sunyani under the theme: “Teachers Wanted: Reclaiming Teaching and Learning for People-Centered Recovery”.
