The Parliamentary Appointments Committee resumed consideration of President Akufo-Addo’s ministerial candidates after suspending the exercise yesterday.
Tuesday, the Minister-designate of Sanitation, Cecilia Dapaah; The Minister-designate of State-owned enterprises, Joseph Cudjoe, and Minister of Transport designate Kwaku Ofori Asiamah appeared before the committee.
As Ms. Cecelia Dapaah and Kwaku Ofori Asiamah seek to retain their previous portfolios in President Akufo-Addo’s first administration, Joseph Cudjoe is new to his role.
The former Deputy Minister of Energy has been approved to head a new ministry created by the president during his second term.
