Lawyers for 2020 NDC presidential candidate John Mahama sought this morning to convince a panel of nine Supreme Court justices to allow them to reopen their case.
They had previously submitted the same request to the 7 original judges who heard the case, saying that they intended to subpoena the President of the EC, Jean Mensa.
However, this request was rejected.
But Mr Mahama insisted that the Supreme Court had made fundamental errors in its earlier ruling, hence the request for review.
