Real Betis have made it clear that they expect Giovani Lo Celso, target of Tottenham Hotspur, to leave the scene by signing an agreement with Nabil Fekir for Lyon.
Fekir has another year of contract and wants to leave Lyon, a year after moving to Liverpool last summer.
