Real Madrid receives Triple H Championship WWE Championship belt

WWE rewarded Real Madrid with a championship belt after Zinedine Zidane led them to their third title in three years.

WWE Executive Vice President, Triple H, unthinkable by becoming the first European club to win his third successive UEFA Champions League trophy this year, is expected to celebrate as a champion of WWE. The game tweeted: "After 3 consecutive victories at the @League Championships, it's time for @realmadrid to celebrate as a @WWE champion! #HalaMadrid"

The Spanish giants beat Liverpool 3-1 in the final in Kiev Real Madrid also posted a photo on his official Instagram account with Dani Carvajal and Lucas Vazquez who holds the WWE title, stating: "WWE Champions too …"

This is not the first time WWE is badociated with football clubs or cricket clubs. John Terry had posed with the WWE title after Chelsea won the 2016-17 Premier League. Last year, Rohit Sharma received a custom WWE belt for the Mumbai Indians, then champions of the IPL.
