The Guardian claims that the Blues have finally agreed to sell their featured man to a £ 88.5 million deal plus add-ons.
Immediately after the Europa League final against Arsenal, the Belgian captain essentially confirmed his desire to leave Stamford Bridge after seven years in West London.
