Real Madrid remains torn over the choice to sign Paul Pogba or Christian Eriksen during the summer transfer window.

The Spanish giants are ready to spend big this summer after a bad season and have already begun to reshape their team for a campaign under the leadership of Zinedine Zidane.

They are still trying to reach an agreement for Eden Hazard with Chelsea and signing a high quality midfielder remains one of their absolute priorities for the transfer.

Zidane wants to bring Pogba from Manchester United and have already spoken to the player about his move to Bernabeu this summer.

But according to the Spanish daily AS, the hierarchy of Real Madrid plans to sign Eriksen Tottenham in the coming months.

It is thought that Manchester United is asking for around 150 million euros before agreeing to sell its star French before the start of next season.

Pogba's wage demands are also a problem, as Real Madrid should break its salary structure to accommodate the Frenchman on his team.

Eriksen still has a year's contract in Tottenham and his signing would be a much more financially sound decision for the Spanish giants.

But Zidane insisted on signing Pogba and wants Real Madrid to fulfill his wish by achieving his main goal for the club.
